Marathon Capital Holdings, Inc. (MCH) is an investment company that also provides advisory and financial consulting services to institutional clients on a selective basis. While MCH does not restrict its investments to any particular asset class, the firm tends to concentrate its portfolio in micro-cap banks and thrifts, the illiquid debt obligations of private companies, real estate and small operating companies with low capital requirements. MCH acts as the Managing Member of the General Partner of Marathon Financial Ventures, LP, a private equity fund focused primarily on bank investments, and Marathon Tocar Madera, LP, which holds an equity interest in a gaming center in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
